There are different massage modalities that will sooth different porpoises, depending on your level of discomfort or muscle disorder.

Swedish Massage

Involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.

Is a more forceful technique that releases tension deep in the muscles and connective tissues. Not for relaxing purposes. If you are experience general muscle tightness, this is the one for you

Acupressure Massage

Is a massage therapy technique based on the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that uses finger pressure to mobilize chi — or life force energy — at specific spots on the body called acupressure points, which are also known as acupuncture points or acupoints.

Cupping Massage

This massage creates a negative pressure by using silicon Ventosas, could be static, for specific muscles or by gliding the Ventosa through out the muscle fibers.

Recommended for tight muscles and trigger points. Good for persons that cant tolerate stronger pressure.

Clinical Massage

Our specialty, not a regular massage, techniques are applied to help in healing injuries, improve muscle function, promote relaxation and increase circulation in the body's soft tissues. They help people suffering from ailments relating to sports injuries, arthritis, muscle pain or circulatory problems.
