So we decided to introduce our Stress Relief Massage with a twist!, our therapists will utilize 2 techniques, Myofascial and Swedish massage, Myofascial is applied first, with few or no oil, this will help to activate your blood flow plus, stretching and releasing tension, scar tissue and adhesions build up between your dermis, fascia, muscles and bones. Swedish strokes are carefully applied to address every muscle to produce a calming and relaxing effect soothing your nerves.
